These Quickies With Scott Are Kicking My Butt
Posted on Thursday, September 10th, 2009
Okay ladies… these Quickies with Scott are getting exhausting! I don’t know about you, but every day??? I took Saturday and Sunday off, but geez…
I am exercising my butt off! However, I’ve noticed something strange is starting to happen – I have more energy when I do the 10 minute Quickie than when I don’t. hmmmm… I guess Scott is onto something here.
If you haven’t checked out Scott’s Fat Loss Quickie exercise program, click on the picture here (yes, that’s Scott there in the corner showing off his buff bod… don’t let it scare you, he’s really a normal guy). Go ahead and click on, then come back and let me know what you think.
So? What did you think? Did you scroll down to the bottom to check out the price? That’s what really hooked me at first… just $20 for a “virtual personal trainer?” Wow! The truth is, even if he’s not here in my office, having him go through the exercises with me has really made me want to keep up with him and finish each series of squats, push-ups, crunches, or whatever he throws my way.
Accountability is a big part of Scott’s plan, also. So, I’ve joined my daughter at her blog NicoleOnTheNet and accepted her Computer Butt Challenge, along with my friends Arika and Susanne. Now, I have to report in to her blog each day and let everyone know how my exercises are going. Reporting to the team that I didn’t do my Quickies for the day is not acceptable to me, so I do my Quickies.
These Quickies are designed to be done in a small space, twice a day for 10 minutes both times. I figured I could do that. What I didn’t figure was how good these Quickies would make me feel! I have more energy in a day than I’ve had for a long time.
If you don’t work at home, the Fat Loss Quickie program may still work for you. If you get home from work and are exhausted, one 10 minute cardio or weight session might be just the thing to perk you up. Then one more before dinner and you’ve got your exercise in for the day!
I hope you take the time to check out Scott’s Fat Loss Quickie program. I’m in it for this whole month and am really glad I signed up! I’ll be checking back in later to let you know if I’m getting closer to my goal – that being to feel great and look better!
p.s. Be sure to click on NicoleOnTheNet.com to see what we Computer Butts are up to. And, if you want to join the challenge, well, it’s never too late!
p.p.s. Take a peek here into Scott’s REAL life while he demonstrates a 10 minute cardio workout. Too funny!
What’d I tell ya?!

I know, doesn’t it feel like Scott is really there for you and WITH you through this program? It’s just unbelievable for the price. I know a friend who’s a personal trainer and I think the gym he works for bills something like $70 PER HOUR.
You’re doing great, keep it up 🙂

I love the “virtual personal trainer”. It was funny the other day I was on Scott’s Twitter page and hubby walked in and said something along the lines of “AHH I see you lookin’ at hot men!” LOL I said, “Nah, Scott – he’s just my personal trainer!”
You’re doing great and you’re such an inspiration to all of us taking part in this challenge. Thank you so much!
((HUGS)) & SMOOCHES!

Come on now, Lyle… join the fun! Actually, a quickie nap sounds REALLY good right now, since I did my 100 squats! Yup… you read that right – 100 squats! Yippee! 50+ years old and still rockin’! Ha!
