Get Out Your Tape Measure – Time For Fat Loss Quickie Month 2

Tape Measure 2 websizeOkay, it’s truth time!  I’m feeling better, I’m sleeping better, I’m stronger… but have I lost any inches?

It’s Month 2 of our Fat Loss Quickie “Computer Butt Challenge” courtesy of my wonderful daughter, the every pesky (if you don’t believe me, try missing a day of exercise) Nicole Dean of NicoleOnTheNet.com.

Along with Scott Tousignant of “Fat Loss Quickie” fame, Nicole has us all hoppin’!  So, without further ado, it’s time to measure.

While I’m away go ahead and keep reading… queue Muzak…

If you don’t know how this measuring thing works, you just pick the typical places to measure (I picked 9 places, all the standards) and measure on day one, then measure again after a number of weeks.  I decided to measure at the start of each new month.

Okay, I’m back.  Good news!  I lost 9 1/2 inches total!  Yippee!  That’s better than I anticipated, so feelin’ good!

I guess I’m in for another month of rolling off the floor exercise ball, looking like a goon most of the time, knocking over the cats’ food dishes, and having a generally weird time exercising at home.  But, whatever works!

I’ll keep you posted from time to time to let you know if this exercising thing keeps working.  I’m thinking… so far, so good.

I still maintain that even though it’s designed and basically promoted to work-at-home folks, it is a quick 10 minutes, twice a day routine that can be worked into your day in the mornings or evenings around your work or school schedule.  Anyway, check it out and see what you think.  The “Computer Butts” have been noticing some very real results!
