Are You Limiting Yourself or Are You Getting In A Few Quickies?

What’s keeping you from exercising today? Not enough time?… Sore muscles?… Bad knees?… Bad back?… Too cold?… Too hot?…

No matter what form of exercise you like to do, the first question you should ask yourself each and every morning should be “What am I going to do for exercise today?”
