It’s Graduation Time – Off To The Great North Woods

I’m off to Wisconsin…land of cheese, brats, and beer. It’s high school graduation time and I just wanted to congratulate my two wonderful nieces, Carolyn and Hailey. I will be there for the festivities and I’m sure it will be a bittersweet event.

Somewhere along the line, these two beautiful young women soaked in all the grace, intelligence, and spirit that they possibly could, and have grown up incredibly strong and focused. I say somewhere along the line because it seemed to happen so quickly, almost overnight. I am, at last, lost for words.

I just have one thing to say about how I feel watching these two young women graduate high school – days are long and years are short.
