What a great video, remarkable woman and inspiration. I'm not sure I'll be tapping for seniors at any point in my life but I can't imagine not being able to hike a hill, swim in the ocean, or go disco crazy like it's 1984. (In the privacy of my own home thank you) From one slug to another--and yes regardless of how I blog about moving I have my share of slug-fests during the cold weather--thanks for sharing this as I'm not embarrassed enough about this week's lazy lumpdom that I'm going to put my sneakers right now and repeat this phrase, "You've got to move it move it."
