Journey To You – Is It Ever Too Late To Find Yourself?

Posted on Friday, August 20th, 2010

Men and women over 50 are on a journey of discovery.

Remember the old expression from the 60’s – find yourself?  I know.  The smart-alec in me naturally says, “I didn’t know you were lost.”

We have to be honest here and admit that we all went through that time of discovery, somewhere in our early 20’s perhaps, where the world was our oyster and we were the pearl.

The not so news-flashy news-flash is that we may never have actually “found ourselves” back then.  Why?  Life got in the way.  Perhaps, like me, you found yourself committed to helping other people find themselves;  people like kids and spouses.

Now, here we are without anything stopping us.  Really.  We can finally find ourselves.  But, where do we look?  This may surprise you but not many of us have the tools we need to do any sort of search.  We’ve been living so long on autopilot that we’ve forgotten (or maybe never knew) how to stop and take the wheel.

Which leads me to why I’m here today.  I found a book that I think will interest you.  I know it interests me and I’ll be ordering it today.  The book is called Journey To You – A Step-by-Step Guide to Becoming Who You Were Meant to Be by Steve Olsher.

I’m going to let Amazon do the synopsis here; quoting Amazon.com:

Journey To You guides you to achieve life-changing results. Steve’s unique exercises, concepts, and theories empower you to realize permanent, positive change. I highly recommend it.” – Kathy Perry, co-author of Stepping Stones to Success with Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield and Dr. Denis Waitley

Steve Olsher, Founder and President of The Reinvention Workshop, reveals the principles and exercises he’s field-tested for over 20 years in this life-changing and transformative book that guides you to become who you were born to be.

Journey To You presents a no-holds barred, practical blueprint for life that empowers you to:

* Reconnect with who you really are.
* Leverage your natural talents, honing in on the key areas where you’re wired to succeed.
* Uncover and eliminate barriers you’ve unconsciously created.
* Live with clear direction and focus by implementing The S.L.A.P. (The Seven Life-Altering Principles).
* Identify your WHAT—that is, the one vocation you’re compelled to pursue—and establish a plan of action for achieving your natural-born greatness.
* Create at-a-glance references that identify your life’s purpose, goals and inspirations.

Unlike conventional self-help guides, Journey To You enables you to achieve fundamental change at the deepest level of your being-change that embeds within you and becomes inseparable from your thoughts and actions.

Journey To You is a quest for the most precious of destinations: your true self. Let Steve guide you through it.

Unquote.

Click on any of the links today and grab this book.  Wouldn’t it be groovy if you actually, finally, DID find yourself?

Come back after you read Journey To You and let me know what you think of yourself now!

p.s.  Buy Journey To You TODAY and send Steve Olsher to the top of the Amazon heap!  Then you can say “Hey, I sent that book to Number One!”
