Go for it girls and you'll be awesome.
My new lady is 63 - several years my senior - she swims a mile each day, runs 10k four times a week and is as strong as an ox even though she is trim and slim with a fantastic figure. Not an inch of fat or cellulite and as for wrinkles there's well, just a couple.
And she's as sharp as a button upstairs.
Its helped me too as I can run upstairs to the bedroom in very quick time when she calls!!!

Hi Mary! Glad to hear you're working out with Scott. It's fun to challenge ourselves, especially with the weights, isn't it! I just boosted my weights up quite a bit and Man oh Man! I can feel the burn now. ;) I love the garden food, too. We go to a local farmer and buy up stuff about once a week. My Hubby always shakes his head and says "how are we ever going to eat all this stuff?" and then we do. I've got a big pot of purple cabbage soup going right now!

Anyway, good luck with your exercise program. I'm sure enjoying mine. This whole 50+ exercise stuff is frustrating, at times, but we got to do the work, right? Which reminds me... time for my Quickie! :D Thanks!

Great stuff Patti! I am doing Scott's quickie program as well. Turned 50 in July and don't want to be a Mrs. Claus grandma. ;) Looking forward to summer and the "garden food". They taste so much better than store bought.
