We are getting together with our Grampa Wilson side of the family at their mountain retreat. When you go shopping for your caramels, make sure you buy really good, gooey, and buttery caramels. Don't skimp! And use your favorite chocolate, whatever that is. It's like cooking with wine - only cook with wine that you would actually drink and enjoy. Same idea. Only make turtles with nuts, chocolate, and caramels that you would eat and enjoy.
